Covid-19 and What's for Dinner

Covid-19 and What's for Dinner

OK, so I am just like everyone else and totally bored.  And TP has not been trading as well as I would like during these times.  SO I am officially doing some backtesting and continuing to adjust.  April will see some changes to how we trade based on each pair.

In the meantime....
Here's what's for dinner. LOL  Maybe I should feature a Cooking Keto for a Crowd Series.

CopyCat Barbacoa Chicken with Cilantro Cali Rice
12 servings

Seasoning Mix
10 minced garlic cloves
1 tsp Cumin
4 tsp Oregano
1 tsp Pepper
1 TBS coriander
1 ½ TSP Cinnamon
1 tsp Salt (high quality, I used pink)
3 tsp Chili Powder
3 limes juiced or 4-6 TBS Lime Juice

12 5 oz. boneless skinless chicken breast
2 cans fire-roasted tomatoes or 1 jar fire-roasted salsa

Cilantro Cali-Rice
6 cups riced Cauliflower (approx.. 2 heads)
1 tsp Salt (high quality, I used pink)
1 bunch Cilantro finely chopped
3 limes juiced or 4-6 Tbs Lime Juice

1.       Pre-heat oven to 450 degrees.  Because I had such a large amount I baked the chicken instead of using my Foodi.
2.      Combine the Seasoning Mix in a bowl and set aside.  If too dry, use additional lime juice until you have a paste.
3.      Arrange Chicken Breast flat in a baking dish.  This is a double recipe for my family of 8.  I use two separate casserole dishes to fit the chicken without crowding.
4.      Rub the seasoning paste over all the chicken breast.
5.      Bake for 10 minutes and remove from oven.
6.      Top with fire-roasted tomatoes (salsa) and return to oven.  Bake for 10 additional minutes.
7.      Remove leaves and stems and pulse Cauliflower in Ninja until a rice-like texture is achieved.
8.      Place skillet on medium heat.  Spray bottom of a large skillet. (I used Avocado Oil) (can sauté in the Foodi)
9.      Add Cauliflower to skillet and stir frequently.  Cauliflower has its own moisture.  Continue stirring as moisture releases 5-7 minutes.  Add salt, cilantro, and lime juice.  Sauté 2-3 additional minutes until Cauliflower reaches desired tenderness.
10.   Served on a bed of spinach for additional nutrition value.  (optional)

I have not traded the $20 account and soon I will be able to share why.  For now, there is a check I am chasing.  Expect more once the bag is secure.

Challenges of March 2020

Midway into March 2020 and it has proven to be quite a bit of a challenge for our scalping strategy.  I changed the trading times to include the Asain session.  As you can see, we see a large number of trades.  We are still hitting more than we usually hit on the SL.
-- Both accounts posted a decrease again.  For next week, we are going to see if a 30 pip SL helps out.  What we need the lowest number possible that does not cause other trades to stop out as well.

The $20 account is not without its bruises.  Here is what transpired since the last time it was shared.  We are down -883 pips.  (thru 3/18/2020) However, this account is still 5 x more than where it started and as soon as we have a clear vision of how to proceed......
You can always view the current stats at:

Just remember, these times and where built-in from the beginning!

New Merchandise

Good day everyone, we are still tweaking the numbers for our strategy.  For the next few weeks, I just expect to report on the statistics.  Nothing more, nothing less.

All trades this week have a 50 pip SL due to all the irregularities in trading. Both accounts have finished the week at a loss.

WHOA! Money Management 101- TP4/TP4+

WHOA! Money Management 101- TP4/TP4+

As most of you know, I have not done much trading in the $20 to Seven Figures account while I have reassessed some losses from a few weeks ago. One thing that rings out over and over again is having proper money management system in place.
I will have a video to explain some changes I made at a later date.  Last week I boldly stated that a winning/losing record can be impressive and still not make a cent.  Because of that, there are some changes in how I am reporting on TP and TP4+ with more changes down the road.  For now, I want you to focus on the ROI.  Return On Investment is the bottom line dollar amount an account has grown or lost.  These results are reported above.

Next week, we will begin reporting on the $20 to 7 figures account again, and I will make graphics for any trades that happened during the transition period.  Thanks for your patience in this transition!  You can still view the account in realtime at:

Spotting a Fake Statistician-Take Profit

Spotting a Fake Statistician-Take Profit

These past few weeks, I confirmed a precious lesson learned earlier on.  A winning record does not mean a winning account.  While focusing on finding better account management and stop-loss, I was able to prove what I already know.  A winning record does not mean the account is making money.  In fact, without proper money management, just one loss can wipe out any profit made at all.

This is how and why this blog came about.  I have not arrived.  However, so many are only showing you half of the story.  I wanted space to be accountable and transparent.

Here are a few things I look for when evaluating the source for education and mentorship.  Instead of a win to loss record; is it backed up with an ROI percentage.  ROI stands for RETURN on INVESTMENT.  This information is crucial to a profitable strategy.

HOW do I provide factual based information that you can compare too?  Well, I use FX BLUE, which is a 3rd party independent of any organization I belong to.  At https://www.fxblue.com/users/20to7figures, you can see the full account being blogged about here.  What I offer that I don't see freely shared is:

1.  The account is real.  Not a demo account.
2.  All trades are there, even the massive losses.
3.  It can not get much more real than that.

I expect to see some more losses while I fix my money management problem.  Stick around.  I won't be here for long. ~~HizRib

Focus ON the Numbers--TP4/TP4+

As most of you know, I have not traded much this week.  I have taken a step back to evaluate some patterns that surfaced in the charts and have spent my time testing these theories.

So I am still focusing just on statistics.   But I have to tell you, I had a real eye-opener with this.  I'm just going to put this here and let it sit.  A winning record does not mean the strategy makes money.  This goes for our own personal strategies used here.  If you want to dig a little deeper into my thinking process; here is a great blog post to reference.  https://nononsenseforex.com/forex-q-and-a-podcast/should-i-buy-forex-signals/

I am sure in the next few weeks I will elaborate more.  But for now; that's it.

TP4 Statistics are relatively unchanged since no new trades were entered this week.  WE did have one more go into profit.  The $20 Blog account had a very few select trades; just enough to move forward.  Keep in mind, I built several months of extra time into the goals of growing $20 into 7 figures.  I am glad I did that.  Breathers are necessary and needed.  No need to automatically build in stress.

Just the Statistics TP4/TP4+

Just the Stats…
Good day everyone.  For the immediate future, I will just post the statistics on the trading of this account.  I am focusing on some additional education to improve my results.  There were a few trades that had been open for some time.  I added a STOP LOSS to them this week and they did hit it.  Meaning.  There were a few losses. But somehow, even with the losses, the account is still where it is supposed to be!--

I am keeping in mind that this account started with just $20.  #StillWinning

Besides, for us at TP4/TP4+ having a winning record is not enough.  The account needs to win, and make money.  Not have the losses lose money or breakeven and start over again.  This is the forex life. #WeTradeForex

Time for Reflection Part 2-TP4/TP4+

Time for Reflection Part 2-TP4/TP4+

This week I am continuing the post from last week.  I spent some time reflecting on the questions posed during the study.  I decided based on my answers to continue this series in parts.  Here are my results.

Day One: "Don't Stop until you are Finished."
Are there areas in your life where you too easily give up?
There are definitely areas in my life where I have given up.  Concerning trading, I have hit spots where I have thought this can not work and wanted to quit.

Can you identify patterns in your past where you thought you failed when you actually quit?  One thing market structure has shown me is it has an uncanny resemblance to life itself. There are patterns of pulling back, being timid, not trying, having doubt and missing out altogether.

What makes you want to be a person who lives their life fully alive and dies with their quiver empty? One of my favorite quotes by Bob Proctor actually woke me up to this one.  During a lecture, he said, "The average person tiptoes in life hoping to make it safely to death.  This is not a practice run.  We only get one shot." That statement made me think about all that God has made and wants us to have in this lifetime while working on the next.  My prayers changed that day.  I pray that I take every opportunity to be generous.  That I leave no stone unturned. That I do my absolute best and be grateful for everything.

Day Two: "Set Your Past on Fire."
What has a negative hold on your life that you need to leave in your past to create your future? Really thinking about this one and I have to go with what the author said.  Anything that still causes pain has to be purged to move forward.

Identify three strongholds over your decisions, behaviours, and relationships that you need to 'burn' to move forward into the life Jesus is calling you to live.  A stronghold would be anything I have allowed to harden and become fortified in my heart.  Usually, this is the defense result from experienced pain.  It can paralyze your next move.  Often, things will have a familiar feel of a painful event from the past and cause us to pre-judge this present event by our experience.  It can lead to missed opportunities. 2

Day Three: "Act Like Your Life Depends On It."
What are your proofs of life? What are those things in your life that make you come alive? In what ways have you settled for existing instead of living? 3 (Will answer this as part of Part 3!)

Day Four: "Know What You Want."
What do you want from God? I want God to help me help his people be whole.  Our pastors and leaders help us with our souls.  And we heal and live a life for God.  However, or physical state is still one of acceptance and unable to change our circumstances.  I believe that I am gifted in this area, and I want God to strengthen and grow me.
Is that a question you typically ask yourself? Honestly, it is not a question I usually ask myself.
Is there anything you want that you're afraid to ask for?  Definitely.  Sometimes I think my ambitions and desires are too much.  That I should focus more on being grateful where I am. I realize that this is an error.  God will grant me what I ask for according to his WILL.  I serve a Great God with endless resources.  I  should ask him for everything!  There are times in life when it is not within the scope of God's intention for our life to give us certain things we ask for. But wouldn't you rather err by asking for too much than too little? 4

Day Five: "Be Ready When You Get There."
Are there areas in your life where you feel God has called you to prepare yourself for something larger? I ask myself this often.  I look over the years of my stewardship, and I see an increase.

How has God rewarded your stewardship of small things with the trust of larger ones? I literally have been amazed at exactly how God works.  How he makes room for your gifts in areas that you typically would have no influence.  We must be prepared at all times; both in and out of season.  Ready for opportunities when they present themselves.   5

Before we head to this week's TP4 and TP4+ results.  I wanted to mention I joined a trading competition.  The scoreboard is located up top.

This week's trading results are in!  But-- by a longshot, this shows my seriousness and my mindset.  I had several trades still open rolling int this week and as you can see.... I did not trade until I secured some of that profit and yes, loss.  What you see is 98 pips still banked.  Yes, even under conditions that are not the most favorable, we still move forward.  Thanks for stopping by.

Time for Reflection Part 1-TP4/TP4+

Time for Reflection Part 1-TP4/TP4+

This week I am going to do things a bit differently.  I had the privilege of completing a short Bible Plan that really spoke to me.  I am going to invite you to complete it with me this week.  This is a brief 5-day study that is available in both a print version and an audio version.

For this week, I pulled out the series of reflection questions from the daily reading plans.  This week they are the focus of my planner/journal.  Next week I will share it with you.

Day One: "Don't Stop until you are Finished."
Are there areas in your life where you too easily give up? Can you identify patterns in your past where you thought you failed when you actually quit? What makes you want to be a person who lives their life fully alive and dies with their quiver empty? 1

Day Two: "Set Your Past on Fire."

Day Three: "Act Like Your Life Depends On It."
What are your proofs of life? What are those things in your life that make you come alive? In what ways have you settled for existing instead of living? 3

Day Four: "Know What You Want."
What do you want from God? Is that a question you typically ask yourself? Is there anything you want that you're afraid to ask for?  There are times in life when it is not within the scope of God's intention for our life to give us certain things we ask for. But wouldn't you rather err by asking for too much than too little? 4

Day Five: "Be Ready When You Get There."
Are there areas in your life where you feel God has called you to prepare yourself for something larger? How has God rewarded your stewardship of small things with the trust of larger ones? 5

This week's trading results are in!-- I have a few trades open at this time, so to keep my leverage where it needs to be, I slowed down on trading this account.  This is where so many battles are lost by our fear of missing out.  As you can see, my advancement was 3 days on the chart.  Our impulsive minds tell us our progress is at a halt.

This is EXACTLY why I am charting this the way I am.  Today is January 30th, 2020.  With just 3 days' advancement, I am still WAY AHEAD of the timeline.  I am actually on 03/17/2020.  It will not hurt to be patient and wait until the market turns back in my favor.  In fact, my success depends on it.

Buckle-UP Buttercup--TP4/TP4+

Buckle-UP Buttercup--TP4/TP4+

For the past month, I have been trying to research my ancestry.  So many things and historical facts died when my grandparents did.  My mom had not taken the time to dig and document, and now that my mom has moved on, I want to rediscover my truth.

I found this article in my search.  This information from this article blew my mind wide open.

"Measuring not just income and wealth but also occupation, education, and longevity, researchers found that upper-class families took 300 to 450 years before their scions fell back into the middle class. Throughout society, poor families, taken as a whole, took an equal amount of time — 10 to 15 generations — to work their way up into the middle class." 1

-- Now let that marinate.  Really sink in.  Centuries to move from low income to middle income,  to the 1%.  10-15 generations.  But yet we still fret over pennies profit instead of thousands of profit at a time.  Honesty time.  Not being grateful for the smaller vs. the latter will keep us from succeeding. That will preach all day.

Today's assignment.  Go play with the compound calculator.  Use different starting amounts.  Use different daily goals.  Take a look at what consistent pennies can do.  Take comfort that in 1-3 years, you can change your family's situation.  1-3 years.  Not 10 to 15 generations.  Not a minimum of 300 years.  WE are here.  Right Place, Right Time.  Admittedly we did not think the work of 300 years being completed in only 3 was going to be easy??? Do the work.  Work the numbers.  No shortcuts.  (Calculator Tutorial Here)

I severely ache every time one of you gives up.  The best thing I can do is break out a path and keep the light on for you.  This account is going to 7 figures.  We can do it together now.  Or we can do it together later. I'd prefer it now.  Tomorrow is promised to no one. I make every effort to be transparent, and I NEEDED this encouragement for me!  My request is that it resonates and compounds in your own heart like it did mine!

This week's trading results are here!  From now until the 3 figure account reaches 4 figures are included on the chart.  Thing is if you did the assignment, you know that on 8/26/2019, when I did the calculator, this is what it looked like.  I am a bit ahead of schedule.  It is my intent to keep the momentum and beat that May 20/20 date.  (If you want to play on the calculator to see how I am taking $20 to seven figures in 3 years or less, the numbers are:  Start with $20, aim for 2% daily growth, and currently I am only trading Forex so-no weekends.)
